Siglify

Terms

The deal, in plain language.

Siglify is early-stage software offered to a small group of design partners. These terms reflect that. They are not a substitute for the signed agreement that governs a paid engagement.

Early-stage software

Siglify is in active development ahead of general availability. Features, APIs, and limits may change. We may introduce or remove capabilities as the product matures, and we'll give design partners reasonable notice of breaking changes.

What we promise

The deterministic policy gate enforces your policy at the boundary, in code. The audit ledger is append-only and tamper-evident. These are the core guarantees of the platform and we hold ourselves to them.

What we don't promise

We do not claim to prevent every novel exploit. The governance supervisor is a probabilistic defense-in-depth layer, not a guarantee. Containment reduces risk; it does not eliminate it. You remain responsible for the agents you run and the policies you set.

Acceptable use

Don't use Siglify to build or operate anything illegal, abusive, or designed to harm others. Don't attempt to circumvent the governance and audit controls on environments you don't own.

Liability

During the design-partner phase, Siglify is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your signed agreement. If you don't have a signed agreement yet, talk to us before relying on Siglify for production-critical workloads.
